Master Services & Terms of Service

Last structural review and operator alignment update: August 27, 2026

1. Global Routing Infrastructure License

Sendit AFRICA Ltd. grants your commercial enterprise a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to access our unified REST communication gateways, SMS message switching cores, and financial API transaction tunnels in strict conformity with these Terms.

You agree not to bypass, reverse-engineer, or maliciously strain our direct carrier signaling corridors or cellular base stations. Violations result in instantaneous key termination and infrastructure circuit lockout procedures.

2. Sandbox & Production API Usage

All initial development configurations operate inside our isolated testing Sandbox terminal network. Pre-allocated simulator credits hold no real-world cash or airtime redemption values.

Transitioning account keys live into Production requires complete business verification. Sendit AFRICA strictly blocks unverified anonymous accounts from broad outbound network broadcast systems to prevent global carrier blacklisting and phishing strains.

3. Multi-Currency Float Ledgers & Settlements

Financial allocations deposited into your central payout float ledger to fund programmatic disbursements (such as Mobile Money transfers or instant airtime loyalty cashbacks) are held securely in separated commercial banking trust accounts.

Cross-border clearings settle natively in localized token indicators (KES, NGN, GHS, ZAR, CFA). Exchange rate conversions calculate using index parameters provided straight by our regional tier-1 clearing houses.

You are entirely liable for validating that consumer withdrawal address arrays or destination phone metrics are accurately input into your script arrays prior to invoking payload intents. Completed operator payouts are structurally irreversible.

4. Data Residency & Regional Carrier Compliance

Sendit AFRICA enforces localized message packet handling criteria matching continental sovereign regulations, including Kenya's Data Protection Act, Nigeria's NDPR, and South Africa's POPIA.

Transactional metadata, text verification tokens, and survey response matrices are stored natively inside servers geographically pinned to your selected region. Alphanumeric Sender IDs remain subject to dynamic local operator approval schedules prior to carrier whitelisting.

5. Service Level SLA Commitments

We pledge a target 99.99% core gateway platform uptime SLA, computed over a rolling 30-day corporate calendar window.

This commitment explicitly excludes planned network maintenance operations coordinated with regional telecom entities or downstream telecom operator core failures. Maintenance schedules are broadcasted transparently via dev status arrays at least 24 hours prior to channel rotation.

6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Sendit AFRICA Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or secondary revenue losses caused by telecommunication routing delays, operator signaling drops, or downstream mobile wallet database latency. Total aggregate financial liability under these framework structures remains capped at the processing fees paid to the platform during the immediate 30-day period preceding the error event.
